NTC Temperatur Sensor

Bei dem in dieser Übung eingesetzten Temperatur Sensor, handelt es sich um einen RH-16 NTC (negative temperature coefficient) von Mitsubishi. Dies bedeutet, dass sich mit einem steigen der Temperatur, der Widerstand verringert. Der Widerstand kann über folgende Formel (Nr. 1 im Datenblatt) genähert werden:

where Ro = known resistance at temperature To, for example 25°C. B = is a variable that changes according to the temperature; in some temperature ranges, it could appear to be constant. In the datasheet, you can find the B value, for example, 25–50°C or 25–85°C. If the temperature range is greater, you have to use equation 2 from the sensor datasheet.
